TikTok Shop
How is Growllo different from a generalist social media agency?
Every Growllo hire has operated TikTok Shop ad accounts or affiliate programs in-house at brands doing over £1M/yr on the platform. We don’t have copywriters or brand managers who dabble in TikTok — we have specialists who live in TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop Seller Centre daily. Our entire model is built around two channels: TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA. Nothing else.
What is TikTok Shop and why does it matter for ecommerce brands?
TikTok Shop is TikTok’s native commerce layer that allows brands to sell products directly within the app — through video ads, LIVE sessions, and creator affiliate links — without users leaving TikTok. The platform is projected to reach $87B GMV in 2026 and has an average conversion rate of 4.7%, making it the most efficient new ecommerce channel available to product brands right now.
What results can I realistically expect from TikTok Shop advertising?
For brands with a solid product-market fit and a price point between £15–150, we typically see positive ROAS by week 3 of a campaign, with blended ROAS of 4–8× by month 3. These numbers depend heavily on listing quality, creative performance, and how competitive your category is. We give you an honest category benchmark on the strategy call.
How long does it take to set up a TikTok Shop affiliate program?
Do I need to produce content myself or does Growllo handle everything?
Growllo handles all content strategy, briefing, creator management and production. You send product samples to creators; we manage everything else. Some clients choose to also film their own content — we incorporate that into the strategy alongside creator-produced assets.
Amazon FBA
Do you offer Amazon PPC management for UK and US sellers?
Yes. We manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP across all major Amazon marketplaces: UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Each marketplace has distinct bid landscapes and keyword vocabularies — we don’t copy-paste from UK to US.
What is TACoS and why do you use it instead of ACOS?
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) only measures ad-attributed revenue vs. ad spend. TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) measures ad spend against total Amazon revenue — organic + paid. This is the truer health metric because optimising for ACOS alone can tank organic rank, while a rising organic share reduces TACoS over time even if ACOS stays flat. We track both.
Our Amazon account is a mess — how long does a full rebuild take?
A standard account rebuild takes 7–10 business days. This includes audit, campaign consolidation, keyword restructure, and bid framework implementation. During the rebuild, existing campaigns continue to run (we don’t go dark). New structure launches in week 2 alongside the existing account so we can transition spend without losing revenue data.
What is Amazon Premium A+ Content and do I qualify?
Premium A+ Content (previously Enhanced A+) gives Brand Registry sellers access to additional content modules: interactive hotspots, video carousels, comparison tables, and larger hero images. It’s currently available to most Brand Registry sellers at no additional cost from Amazon, though eligibility criteria can change. P-A+ typically delivers 5–12% higher CVR than standard A+.
We're launching a new Amazon product. When should we start PPC?
Start PPC on launch day — but only after your listing is fully optimised, main image is tested against category competitors, and initial inventory is at FBA (minimum 3–6 weeks of stock). Launching PPC before listing optimisation wastes budget on a listing that won’t convert. We’ll also recommend Vine enrolment for early review building in parallel with PPC launch.
Working with Growllo
What ad spend level do you work with?
Our sweet spot is £30k–£500k/mo combined ad spend across TikTok and Amazon. We also run a Launch tier for brands spending under £30k/mo who have a clear growth trajectory. For brands at £300k+/mo, we offer dedicated pod structures with bespoke SLAs, daily calls, and a custom performance dashboard.
How do your contracts work?
90-day initial term (the time needed to see meaningful results from any channel restructure or launch), then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Management fees are fixed monthly — we never take a percentage of your ad spend. Ad spend is billed directly to your accounts, not through us.
Who is my day-to-day contact at Growllo?
You get a dedicated account lead who is a channel specialist (not an account manager who delegates to a junior). For Scale and Growth Pod clients, you also have access to our creative team, reporting analyst, and a senior strategist on monthly/bi-weekly calls. For Growth Pod, you get a weekly call with a founding team member.
How quickly can Growllo get started?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days of signing. We need access to your TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central), and any existing analytics. Growth Pod clients have a 48-hour priority onboarding track.
Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes — our client base spans UK, US, EU and UAE brands. We have team members operating in London, New York and Dubai, allowing us to cover different time zones and marketplace nuances. TikTok Shop affiliate management is available across TikTok Shop UK, US, and AE marketplaces.
